After receiving your order, Iconic27 will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly. Should the unexpected occur that, despite the words "in stock", the product was not available (this might occur in the exceptional case of two equal orders), we will contact you immediately. You will be informed about the expected delivery, or maybe you have seen an alternative product. If an item is not deliverable right away, then you will be informed by email about the expected delivery time. Did you ordered a wrong item or you want something else? If you order before 5PM (CET), you will receive the order the next business day. (within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom and Luxembourg). Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by DHL and will be sent by registered mail. You can track your order with a Track and Trace-number that you automatically receive by email from us.
DHL will try to deliver your package twice. If you’re not at home with the 2nd delivery, the package will be send back to Iconic27. In this case you need to contact Iconic27 yourself to arrange a new deliver appointment. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Duties and Taxes
Countries that don’t belong to the EU become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments. International shipping costs and delivery times Iconic27 applies different shipping costs and delivery times for each country.
If you, by any reason, are dissatisfied about your online purchase, please send the unused items back within 14 days after delivery. Purchases in the official Iconic27 online store (www.iconic27.com) can’t be returned or exchanged at other stores.
Fill in the attached return form fully and enclose this to your return package. Bring your package to a post office and make sure you have enough postage. You’ll receive a Track & Trace number as a confirmation.

After receiving, your package will be verified. Make sure the labels are still attached! Items who are worn visibly, damaged or are in unacceptable conditions will not be accepted. In that case your return will not be accepted and will be returned.
Iconic27 reimburse all payments for the goods to the costumer, excluding any delivery charges for the returned product, immediately but within 30 days after the day on which the consumer notifies him revocation (time of dissolution). The reimbursement is free for the costumer.
After receiving your return, Iconic27 will proceed it. If you want to exchange the item it will be exchanged within 7 days, if the item is in stock. If not, you will get an email with further information.
